Cminus purchased and developed a site at Enderby Close, Mawson Lakes and constructed an apartment block consisting of 20 luxury dwellings. The project included high spec finishes, security, air conditioning, private parking, AV wiring all included, and it was delivered and 90% sold at completion during difficult GFC market conditions.
